FRIENDSWOOD — A trip down the rabbit hole is on this week’s local arts calendar as Friendswood Junior High’s Mustang Theatre presents Alice in Wonderland, with three performances scheduled for September 24–26.
The student production opens Thursday, giving residents a chance to make live theatre part of their week close to home. In its announcement, Friendswood ISD invites audiences to follow Alice into a world of curious characters and unexpected adventures brought to life by FJH students.
Three chances to see the show
The schedule offers two evening performances and an afternoon option for those who prefer a matinee. The district’s official ticket listings confirm the following dates and start times:
| Performance | Start time |
|---|---|
| Thursday, September 24 | 7 p.m. |
| Friday, September 25 | 7 p.m. |
| Saturday, September 26 | 2:30 p.m. |
All times are Central Daylight Time.
All three performances are listed for the Friendswood Junior High Auditorium. The school’s campus address is 1000 Manison Parkway, Friendswood, TX 77546.
Tickets and planning your visit
Friendswood ISD directs advance buyers to its HomeTown Ticketing box office and says tickets will also be available at the door. The online box office lists each performance separately, so select the date that matches your plans.
A school production gives the community an opportunity to turn student effort into a shared occasion. Families, friends and neighbors can take a seat and see a familiar story interpreted on a local stage.
For readers looking to add an arts outing to the calendar, opening night is Thursday, September 24, at 7 p.m.
