Good Good Thai Kitchen Opens in Friendswood

FRIENDSWOOD, Texas — Friendswood has a new Thai restaurant, with Good Good Thai Kitchen now open at Friendswood Crossing on West Parkwood Avenue.

The restaurant occupies approximately 3,600 square feet in an end-cap space at 146 W. Parkwood Ave., according to commercial real-estate records tied to the project.

The restaurant was first announced earlier this year as a new tenant at Friendswood Crossing and has now opened its doors to local diners.

A new Thai option for Friendswood

Good Good adds another dedicated Asian dining option to Friendswood’s growing restaurant lineup.

Thai cuisine has remained relatively limited inside Friendswood compared with nearby parts of the Bay Area, making the arrival of a new full-service concept notable for residents who previously traveled outside the city for more choices.

The restaurant’s 3,600-square-foot footprint gives it room for a more substantial dine-in operation than a typical small takeout concept.

A visible location on West Parkwood

Good Good occupies an end-cap location at Friendswood Crossing, a retail center situated along one of the city’s busiest commercial corridors.

End-cap restaurant spaces typically provide added visibility and exterior exposure, which can be especially useful for a new concept establishing itself in the community.

NewQuest Properties announced the lease earlier this year and described the restaurant as preparing a notable build-out for the space.
